👀 Can You See it Too?

You have helped shape this movement in ways you may never fully realize.

From the start, Sol Soul Sole has been about helping people reconnect with their bodies, minds, purpose, community, and God through movement, education, and wellness.

And now, we are standing at another defining moment.

🚶🏾‍♀️‍➡️Stepping out on faith…

As I prepare to begin the Doctor of Chiropractic program at the University of Pittsburgh, I am stepping into one of the biggest seasons of growth, commitment, and transformation of my life.

Although exciting on the surface, this next chapter is a great commitment of time, energy, and resources. It makes me reflect on what has brought me to this point.

And more importantly, what will carry me forward…

It comes down to one thing:

Faith.

Faith in God.
Faith in His plan.
Faith in the mission, vision, and movement of Sol Soul Sole that He has instilled in me.

I keep coming back to Hebrews 11. 

Verses 1-3:

"Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. This is what the ancients were commended for. By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God's command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible."

The chapter continues by highlighting the lives of those ancestors who moved forward in faith. 

Verse 13 goes on:

"They did not receive the things promised; they only saw them and welcomed them from a distance, admitting that they were foreigners and strangers on earth."

And later in verse 39:

"These were all commended for their faith, yet none of them received what had been promised, since God had planned something better for us so that only together with us would they be made perfect."

This is a humbling truth:

Many of them did not receive what they were promised during their lifetime on Earth.

They trusted God's plan solely because they could see that it was part of a greater plan - one much greater than the individual alone. 

That is where I find myself now…

Standing on faith.

Trusting the process.

Building what He has shown me I am responsible for.

Believing it is something bigger than myself.

Trusting that only through unity will the plan be made perfect. 

📚The Next Chapter of Sol Soul Sole

The goal is simple:

To build Sol Soul Sole into a sustainable brand that allows me to fully dedicate myself to my education while strengthening the foundation that's already been laid.

The knowledge, training, and experience I gain as I pursue my Doctor of Chiropractic degree will be simultaneously poured directly back into Sol Soul Sole, expanding our capacity to restore, educate, and serve individuals and communities for years to come.

Serving others is one of the greatest gifts God has entrusted to me. It is deeply woven into who I am and what I believe I was created to do.

But this season is teaching me an important lesson:

Giving and receiving are part of the same cycle.

I've spent years pouring into others, and I pray for many more years of doing the same.

However, if I want to continue serving faithfully, what I build has to pour back into me as well.

🚰Pour Out Your Support

I keep returning to James 4:2–3.

2 You desire but do not have, so you kill. You covet, but you cannot get what you want, so you quarrel and fight. You do not have because you do not ask God. 3 When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures.

It has challenged me to examine not only whether I'm willing to ask, but why I'm asking.

Is this rooted in personal ambition or comfort?

Or is it rooted in a desire to faithfully steward the calling God has entrusted to me?

The more I pray, the clearer the answer becomes.

I'm not asking for an easier path. I'm asking for the opportunity to continue serving—and to serve even more faithfully in the years ahead.

That's why I'm inviting you into this next chapter.
