Due to the collaborative nature of our mission, there are many moving parts to what we do. We’re still building, still growing, still deepening community connections, almost daily!

While we’re grateful for the reach of social platforms, keeping up with the ever-changing world of social media can be a real drag.

So we’re shifting our focus. Rather than squeezing into the parameters of existing platforms, we’re carving out our own space through solsoulsole.com, cutting out the middleman and pouring more energy into our in-person work and real-time projects. Our website is becoming a full representation of who we are.

Unlike most experiences, Dropsound Yoga is practiced through noise-canceling headphones, allowing you to shut out the external chatter and take a deep dive into mindful movement. Think: a reset for the senses, coupling breath with stillness + movement.

🧠BrainWaves

Located in North Versailles, Brainwaves Float Studio & Wellness Center is a sanctuary for restoration, offering 15 modalities including float therapy, massage, light therapy, brain tapping, contrast therapy, life coaching, and halotherapy to name a few. The salt cave is designed to support breath, respiratory health, reduce inflammation, and calm the nervous system.

We’re excited to announce that Ona is now offering private yoga sessions inside the salt cave, a unique setting that deepens the experience of breath, stillness, and recalibration.

Each 75-minute session honors the balance of ease and effort, surrender and strength, always with a gentle reminder to give yourself space and grace.

Whether you’re new to movement, building your practice, or simply in need of a weekly reset, sessions are fully customizable to meet you where you are.

Foundations of Flow.

We’re intentionally going back to the basics.

This mini-series is designed to support and improve proprioception, your body’s ability to sense where it is in space. It’s a key part of balance, coordination, and moving with confidence.

Through simple postures and breath-led transitions, we’ll slow things down to build awareness, stability, balance and and stregnth from the core out.

Beginner-friendly. Balance-focused. Straightforward and supportive.

Optimistic Opportunities

The more I learn, the more I see that I am walking into my purpose. As far back as I can remember, I have wanted to help people live healthier lives.

Since Sol Soul Sole was conceived, it has become apparent that my values, hobbies, talents, strengths, passions, and gifts are exemplified when working toward its mission. There is a real spiritual work to be done, and I am honored I get to play a part in its doing.

With God as our foundation and the Son as our source of life, there is no room or reason for doubt. As He reveals vision, He also grants us opportunities to display our discipline, discernment, and wisdom. May we always receive those opportunities with optimism as we learn, through each life lesson, what aligns with our purpose (His will for our life) and what does not.

Aligning what you do with who you are is an expression of living in Truth. Conditioning of the mind has made this feel unattainable. Consider limiting thought patterns a tool of the enemy, designed to keep you away from joy.

You are a recipient of the gift of life. And Jesus teaches,
“If you cling to your life, you will lose it; but if you give up your life for me, you will find it.” (Matthew 10:39, Matthew 16:25, Mark 8:35, and Luke 17:33)

Besides, we get rewarded when we do what we can with what God has given us. We are expected to use our resources, talents, and gifts to present God with pleasing results.

The principle taught in Matthew 25:14-30, the Parable of the Talents, is that those who properly use what they are given are entrusted with more as a reward for good work.

Additionally, we’re not awarded for our knowledge, but for what we do with that knowledge. This brings to mind the Parable of the Sower (Matthew 13, Mark 4, Luke 8). It is only the seed planted in good soil that represents those who hear, understand, and bear fruit, producing a bountiful harvest.

It’s our responsibility to ensure Sol Soul Sole is planted in the right soil. We radically proclaim that we were fashioned for boldly walking into what He has called us to. We will continue to nurture, strategize, and build toward the growth and sustainability of our collective.

Jeremiah 17:8— “They are like trees planted along a riverbank, with roots that reach deep into the water. Such trees are not bothered by the heat or worried by long months of drought. Their leaves stay green, and they never stop producing fruit.”
