Mission🌱

Our mission extends beyond movement

It's about soul healing.

Sol Soul Sole exists to help individuals restore their body + soul by reconnecting with God and His Holy Spirit through Mindful Movement.

Our mission is to make wellness accessible to overlooked and underserved communities by sharing techniques that support emotional, physical, and spiritual recalibration.

Through movement, breath, and stillness, we equip individuals with tools that draw them inward and nigh unto the Holy Spirit.

We plant seeds of healing that grow into restored people, families, and communities.

Rooted in faith and guided by purpose, we stand in the gap as a forerunner of holistic transformation, championing healing and restoration where it’s needed most.

👀How we see it…

Through Ona’s lens

“I see people obtaining communion with God through the simple, powerful tools He has already given us. This includes the breath, the body, and the intentionality that will anchor us in His presence.

I see people healed in every dimension of their being, learning to trust that God has equipped each of us with what we need to survive thrive.

I see a movement that empowers every person, at every age, in every season of life, to reclaim the life and the fullness thereof that God intended, without restriction or barriers.

I see them boldly proclaiming identity in Christ after encountering His presence in Mindful Movement.

I see heaven touching earth through embodied faith, collective restoration, and a shared desire to live in full union with Him.”

Where Faith Meets Movement

Language

We recognize that language changes over time. In our culture today, the word “yoga” is often used to describe a range of practices that support holistic wellbeing, such as breathwork, stretching, and meditation. It has become a blanket term that many people use simply because it has become familiar.

But familiarity often lacks clarity.

For some, yoga is deeply tied to ancient Eastern philosophies and spiritual frameworks.

More commonly, it has become a Westernized practice focusing mostly on movement and breath.

We acknowledge both perspectives and the individuals who hold them. In the past, we viewed the word loosely ourselves.

However, as our mission has grown, so has our responsibility to speak with intention.

Intention

Our focus is not on defining “yoga”. Debates around it undermine our essence and discredit the true purpose of our mission at Sol Soul Sole.

Our calling is to help people live healthier, more embodied lives through practices that support both body and soul, anchored in Truth and centered in Christ.

We are not bound by the term, the philosophy, or interpretation of what yoga has been or become.

What matters most is alignment, clarity, and honoring the walk God has set before us.

We’ve come to realize Mindful Movement is a term that embodies what we share at Sol Soul Sole. It is the expression of our mission, shaped by faith, informed by intention, and rooted in the belief that movement can bring us closer to wholeness, presence, and union with God.

Defining Mindful Movement

Mindful Movement is a way of intentionally tuning into the present moment for physiological, neurological, mental, and emotional benefit, all to honor the Holy Spirit who dwells within. It is a way to recharge and realign the body to its purpose. When awareness is brought to breath and movement, the body is recalibrated.

The body is a temple (1 Corinthians 6:19). We are called to steward these human vessels well. Just as a vehicle needs care to function well, the human body requires maintenance, including strengthening, stretching, breathing, and rest, to carry out its purpose.

Science continues to affirm what has long been known through lived experience and faith: healing is OURS.

Guided by the Holy Spirit, rooted in the Word, and fueled by a commitment to serve, we offer Mindful Movement as a recalibration tool used for healing + growth.
